Under this License BESTPAY s.r.o. is authorised to provide the following payment services:

pursuant to Section 3 (1) a) of the Payments Act, a service enabling depositing of cash into a payment account held by the Provider;
pursuant to Section3 (1)b) of the Payments Act, a service enabling withdrawal of cash from a payment account held by the Provider;
pursuant to Section 3 (1) c) of the Payments Act, the transfer of funds from a payment account, for which a payment order is issued by
- a payer
- a recipient, or
- a payer through a recipient, if the provider does not provide the user with the transferred funds as a line of credit;
- pursuant to Section 3 (1) e) of the Payments Act, issuing and administering of means of payment and equipment for the receipt of means of payment;
- pursuant to Section 3 (1) f) of the Payments Act, the transfer of funds, during which the payer or payee do not use a payment account on the payment provider's side (money remittance).
